dc.description.abstract本論文利用H□-CO□-AlCl□反應氣體系統在一大氣壓,910℃溫度下, 在JIS-SKD11,JIS-SKD61,JIS-SK3,JIS-S45C 母材上沈積Al□O□,以探討鋼材中碳今量及合金元素之影響;鍍前加熱時間,沈 積溫度,時間對沈積之影響,也分別予以探討! 由結果得知:母材碳含量及鉻含量對氧化鋁沈積皆有極大之影響對普通碳鋼而言碳含 量愈低,愈容易被氧化鋁沈積,相對而言工具鋼之鉻含量愈低,愈容易被沈積,而增 進附著力之原因乃工具鋼表面所生成之氧化特薄膜(Cr□Fe)□O□。zh_TW
