使用飽和吸收體之單模窄頻光纖雷射

Abstract

在本論文中，我們使用環型共振腔為雷射主體，搭配我們所建構新型態的飽和吸收體濾波模組，達到單模態（邊模壓縮比>60dB）、窄線寬（線寬<<25kHz）、可調頻（1530nm~1570nm）的雷射輸出，我們也將之與搭配次環腔濾波器之不同濾波模組的單模雷射系統作比較。

In this thesis ,by using a ring fiber cavity as the main laser structure ,and using a new-type saturable absorber filter module ,we have constructed a single-mode（SMSR>60dB）with narrow-linewidth（linewidth<<25kHz）and tunable wavelength（1530nm~1570nm）laser output .We also compared the results with those from the laser system with a sub-ring filter。
