dc.description.abstract | 本論文的研究目的是探討添加過量 MgO, Pbo, Tio2 及 CuO 對PMN 材料特性的影響,所採用的實驗方法是以 Swartz 所推展的Coluumnbite-wolframite Precursor 法,先合成 MgNb2O6,然後加入 Pbo 以及添加的氧化物,再合成所需的化合物,之後,作電性方面量測及以電子顯微鏡、X光繞射儀作結構組織方面的分析。 本文實驗共分三個系列,在添加過量 MgO 系列中,在 1150℃,持溫1小時的燒結條件,所得試片的緻密化並不理想,電性方面在 MgO 量添加至 3mole% 時所得性質最佳,而綠稍石 (Pyrochlore) 含量最少是在含有 5mole% 過量 MgO 的組成中。 在添加 PbO 以及 TiO2 系列中,溫度 1200℃,持溫1小時的燒結條件可以得到很好的緻密效果,電性方面,隨著添加物量的增加而有明顯的規律性變化,當添加物的量是 10mole% 時,所得介電常數為最高 (Kmax=14200),除了以變化流加物的量之外,此系列另以添加物為上 10mole% 的組成來探討不同繞詰溫度以及不同製程的影響。 本實驗最後一值系列是添加 CuO,其結果顯示,CuO 有明顯降低材料緻密化以及增加綠燒石相含量的作用,而且隨著添加量的增加,虧損因子的值也有顯著提高的趨勢。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The effect of additives including MgO, pbO, TiO2 and CuO in the properties of PMN was studied. The method used in the experiment was Columbite-Wolfr-amite Precursor method which was suggested by Swartz, the fabrication process for PMN primarily consists of two step: the preparation of MgNb2O6, followed by the addition of Pbo, other oxide and subsequent calcination, sintering. Samples were characterized by dielectric measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , and X-ray diffraction(XRD). | en_US |
