| dc.description.abstract | 本研究利用90°剝離測試機來量測鋁膜在聚亞醯胺上的黏著性質。鋁膜的剝離黏著強 度不僅和膜厚及剝離測試速度有關,而且與環境濕度有關。其剝離強度亦隨鋁膜厚度 增加而增加。在環境濕度影響下,因鋁膜與聚亞醯胺的界面遭水氣滲透而使剝離強度 顯著降低。當受濕度測試後的試片經過250℃ ,30分鐘的烘烤處理後,鋁膜各聚亞醯 胺間可能形成不受水滲透影響之新結構。此外,亦探討利用電漿蝕刻對聚亞醯胺表面 作處理來增強鋁膜的黏著強度。經修整過的聚亞醯姲表面可增強鋁膜在聚亞醯胺上之 黏著強度變強。 | zh_TW |
