應用限制理論探討產業競爭力- 以機械零組件產業為例

Abstract

透過有效的工具研擬產業競爭力因應之道, 才能達成雙贏的整體規畫 , 因此本研究主要目的在於探討產業如何利用限制理論的應用法則來提升或 重建產業競爭優勢.研究內容除了闡明限制理論的理念與應用程序, 並藉 著機械零組件產業的研究實例, 探討限制理論如何運用整體性與系統性科 學邏輯技術對產業全盤瞭解以探求核心問題, 並藉此推論出達成理想目標 的激發方案和達成激發方案的執行準則. 最後並說明應用限制理論探討產 業競爭力的先決條件與其應用的優缺點. To have an effective tool in planning competitive strategy to achieve win_win sitution is necessary. Theory Of Contraints (TOC) is one of the tools prevailing today. Due to sufferring foreign competition, how to rebuild the competitive advantage of ROC mechanical components industry by applying TOC becomes our interest. The concept and methodology of TOC are addressed at first in this research. The undesirable effects ( UDEs ) of the ROC mechanical components industry are discussed and identified secondly.The core problem, the competitive breakthroug idea and the idea implementation plan for the industry are created and scrutinized thirdly. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of applying the TOC in competitive advantages building are pointed out.
