dc.description.abstract為了發展偏極光譜儀,我們量測氦氖四分之一波長板在各波長作用下之相位差,量測 的過程我們使用四片不同波長的濾波片(Bandpass filter),488 nm,543,5nm.632.8nm ,及830nm 來產生本實驗所需之單波長光源,並且以此氦氖四分之一波長板在氦氖雷 射波長時其相位差等於90度為已知條件,利用偏光角0.90度,析光0,60,120度所測得 之六組亮度計算該待測補波片主軸與參考面夾角,再以此為基礎利用四組亮度計算出 補波片的相位延遲。zh_TW
