dc.description.abstract本論文研究量子點和量子線中的電子於外加磁場下的能階。其能量是由解等效質量近 似之薛丁格方程式所求得,方程式的解我們以合流超幾何函數表示。計算的結果顯示 ,當外加磁場時能階將會劈裂,且隨磁場之增大而線性增加或減少。但是當磁場大至 某一程度後,我們發現能量都將快速增加而後皆隨磁場呈線性增加。我們亦考慮其不 同半徑電子能量隨磁場變化之情形。zh_TW
