dc.description.abstract本研究之主旨在於利用陽離子與乙二醇╱檸檬酸聚脂前驅物以製備釔系YBa□Cu□ O□ (124 相)高溫超導塊材與薄膜。論文中探討不同醇酸比、製程溫度及時間對 124 相生成之效應,並以X-光繞射、紅外光譜、熱分析、電阻率及磁性量測與掃瞄 式電子顯微鏡對124 超導體作分析與特性鑑定。此外我們也將上述聚酯前驅物利用 旋轉塗佈法在氧化鎂基板上製成YBa□Cu□O□超導薄膜,並對其製程、物性與微結 構相互關係作系統化的探討。zh_TW
