摘要: | 本文乃针对量子线的结构来做研究。我们分析了在磁场的作用下 , 量子 线中加入杂质其电子能阶的种种变化情形。经由理论推导及数值计算的结 果, 显示出在强、弱不同的磁场影响下, 会出现不同型式的电子能阶。例 如强磁场中, 电子能阶偏向于量子线内未加入杂质的情形, 其能阶的变 化, 随主量子数的增加而等量递增; 至于弱磁场中 , 因为库仑作用相对 的显得特别重要, 因此系统能阶的变化主要由库仑位势所决定。另外加入 杂质的多寡, 与量子局限结构的改变, 对某些能态亦有相当重要的影响。 像本文中所做线性杂质列与量子碟的研究即是。前者是改变杂质与电子间 的库仑作用力; 而后者则是量子线边界退化的极限。它们的结果, 在本文 中均有讨论。 In this study,we analyze and calculate the eigenenergies' distribution of the cylindrical-shaped quantum confinement system, contains various impurities, with finite-potential barrier under an applied magnetic field. We find that there are different dependence of the energy level on the magnetic field strength for the strong and weak magnetic field regimes. For example, the energy level spectra are close to the them without any impurity in the strong magnetic field. The differ- ence of the energy levels increases equally for the increasing principle quantum number. In the weak magnetic regime, the energy levels are mainly determined by Coulomb potential profile because the Coulomb interaction is more significant compared with the other potentials. By changing the Coulomb interaction between the impurity and electron, we can calculate the energy levels of the linear impurity-array quantum wire eith the analog calculation proce- dures for the single impurity quantum wire. Similarly, we can also implement the developed numerical calculation method to the single impurity quantum disk, which is the special case of a cylindrical quantum wire with single impurity at origin and with longitudinal axis approaching to zero. |
