dc.description.abstract本論文研究在雙層介電質中,兩半無限長,垂直相交的微帶線之傳輸問題 。其中,我們使用了精確的格林函數(Green's function),以致於考慮了 漏波(leakage) 的效應。接著利用上述之分析和學長已分析的共線性相交 不連續傳輸特性,加上傳統濾波器設計原理和電腦輔助設計方法來設計濾 波器。濾波器的結果也被呈現,藉以比對此方法的有效性。 另外,漏波( leakage) 的影響和壓抑多餘傳輸區(the furter pass-band)的方法也被 敘述。 In this report the interconnects of two semi-infinite transverse proximity-coupled microstrip lines in double-layer plannar stru- cture are investigated. The exact Green's function of the groun- ed dielectric slab is used in a moment method procedure, so that surface wave as well as space radiation are included. The design and the performance of both capacitively-coupled col- linear microstrip line and inductively-coupled transverse micro- strip line broadside end- coupled bandpass filters are presented. Analysis and design are based on a combination of full-wave int- egral equation technique, the convential filter design theory a- nd CAD method. And the performance of the filters will be measu- red to check against the validity of the analysis and design me- thod. In addition, the problems of the leakage and the suppress- ion of the further pass-band at the first harmonic frequency ar- e included.zh_TW
