dc.description.abstract介質光柵對電磁波散射之研究在文獻中已經被普遍發表,然而以往對此問 題之研究其入射波皆考慮為與光柵互相垂直;在本篇論文中則考慮任意斜 向入射到光柵中的平面波,探討由於不同的入射角度和光柵厚度對電磁波 散射的影響以及觀察由於斜向入射所引起的極化耦合效應.此外,分析不同 的光柵外型對電磁波的影響.最後則分析了海水對平面波的散射特性. We present a theoretical study on the scattering characterist- ics of a uniform plane of an wave oblique incidence by a diel- ectric grating of arbitrary profile. Such a scattering problem has been formulated as a rigorous boundary value problem under the most general incidence condition. In addition, the diffra- ction efficiency of grating is investigated for different par- ameters of the grating as well as the incident wave. Particul- ar attention is focused on the cross-polarization coupling in the case of oblique incidence. As an application, the scatter- ing of plane wave by sea waves is presented.zh_TW
