摘要: | 一個廠商在其當地市場外試圖要發展事業功能(如:生產管理、配銷 等)時,首先要考慮選擇最佳的「進入模式」(entry mode),藉以達成發 展事業的目的。進入模式的決策對於公司在海外的運作是具有很大的影響 的。 自從政府於七十六年開放國人赴大陸探親以來,許多的台灣業者紛 紛到大陸投資設廠。在近十年來之中,大陸已經吸收了大約數十億美元的 台灣資金。此股力量,加上香港的金融及貿易優勢,已然形成了「南中國 經濟圈」,成為全世界眾所囑目的焦點。兩岸同文同種,雖然歷經四十多 年政治的分隔,台灣商人面對這一個快速發展的市場,自然在此一時期欲 在大陸佔一席之地。 @ 近年來台灣的許多廠商以投資模式進入大陸市 場如:獨資、合資、合作經營,或以「三來一補」的方式在大陸委託製造 ;或在大陸設立行銷子公司;亦有透過香港進行轉口貿易。 本研究之 具體目的為:從文獻探討中找出可能影響台灣資訊硬體製造業者進入大陸 市場模式之因素;以及探討台灣資訊硬體製造業者選擇不同之進入大陸市 場模式,其所評估之決定性因素之間是否有顯著差異。 A firm wants to perform her business functions such as: production management and distribution...etc., outside her mother land. The first thing to decide is to choose a entry mode for their business performance. From 1987, Taiwan business men began to involve in the Mainland China Market. Taiwan-based firms used different entry modes, such as: direct investment, equity joint venture, contractual joint venture, manufacture contract, marketing subsidiary, or exporting, to enter the Mainland China market. The objectives of this study are: to find the factors can influence Taiwanese Information Manufacture to choose her entry mode, and to find each of these factor is or isn't significant difference among four entry modes. The questionnaire is distributed to 648 information hardware manufacturing firm, and received 115 questionnaires. 68 variables was reduced dimensions to 18 factors by factor analysis. Discriminate analysis was used to prove this 18 factors can effectively separate this four kinds of entry modes. 10 of this 18 factors was showed significant difference among these four entry modes. |
