排程系統調查研究

Abstract

近五十年來排程一直是學術界及產業界之熱門研究課題，顯示排程於製造系統中有其實用上之需要。 本研究首先調查分析國內機械產業生產排程之現況及其需求，同時就目前美國產業界使用之排程軟體，分析比較其公司現況、產品及技術特性。 最後分別對使用者提出軟體選用之考慮因素，對軟體發展者建議其未來排程軟體發展之作法。

This paper conducts a field survey of production scheduling for local machinery industry. The purposes of this survey are to explore the current production scheduling application status and derive what their production scheduling problems and requirements in implementing computerized production scheduling systems. In addition to the field survey, investigation and analysis of current commericial production scheduling software systems is also conducted. Finally, criteria of selecting production scheduling softwares for local users are identified and directions for local software developers who are interested in production scheduling markets are also suggested.
