摘要: 混凝土的性質如強度、滲透性、擴散性等,孔隙率為重要的參數,有鑑於 此,本研究應用HYDRA3D 水泥水化程式發展孔隙與水泥漿體(混凝土)之強 度、滲透性、擴散性之建議公式,研究重點為藉各種參數( 水灰比、水化 程度、界面區等 )對波特蘭第一型水泥做探討,以作為工程上之應用參考 ;本研究利用HYDRA3D 程式,配合過去幾年之相關實驗資料,建立建議方 程式。對特性的討論以強度、滲透性、擴散性為範圍。由研究得知水泥漿 體之抗壓強度,為孔隙之函數,成指數函數的關係;對混凝土抗壓強度研 究,除孔隙率外,骨材最大尺寸是另一個變數。水泥漿體之透水性研究, 受水灰比影嚮很大,主要是因毛細孔隙之不連續狀態影響,在低水灰比很 快達到毛細孔隙不連續,其滲透性係數變異小,反之高水灰比則需長期( 甚至不可能)達到不連續狀態,滲透性變異性較大,孔隙率差值亦較小。 混凝土透水性與孔隙之關係,亦成對數函數關係,同時也發現低孔隙率時 ,透水性已無大差異。對氯離子發展趨勢有助於瞭解混凝土之腐蝕效應, 由研究可瞭解氯離子侵入混凝土孔隙內之擴散性係數變化並不大。本論文 配合近年相關知識驗資料對於孔隙對混凝土之影響提出建議公式闡述期間 之關係。 In concrete property, like strength,permeability or diffusivity Porosity is the important fator with them. For the reason, this paper applies HYDRA3D program to development the availability of many suggested formule.The equation is about the Porosity with strength, permeability and diffusivity concept.The research point is for Portland cement (1),use W/C ratio,degree of hydration and interface zone to realize concrete for engineering applied. The paper research range is conclude strength ,permeability and diffusivity. The paper forcuses on studying the influence of W/C ,degree of hydration and interface zone . The result shows that strength of cement paste is a function of porosity , The formula is exponent function;about strength of concrete except porosity, The maximum aggregate size is another factor.For permeability of cement paste The W/C is important factor,Why? Because the disconnect capillary pore style ,In low W/C ratio ,disconnect capillary pore style is faster to arrived,value change is smaller.In another concept with higher W/C ratio is opppsite.To arrived capillary disconnect need longer time.The concept with porosity and permeabilite for cement paste and concrete is like strength and porosity concept.In paper research,The lower porosity for permeability is smaller inflence. Research cl- diffusivity can give us to realize corrsionin in concrete, We find the cl- diffusivity in concrete is no evident influence. The paper object use test data in recent and poro- sity in HYDRA3D program to realize concrete property and development the availability of many suggested formulas.
