摘要: | “延滞”近年来已成为国内外评估交叉路口服务绩效时最常采用的指标, 并以“最小平均延滞”作为号志时制设计之依据。由于机车在驾驶、到达 及纾解行为上异于汽车,如何将此些机车特性量化,以“辆”为车流单位 直接估算其路口延滞值,并将之模式化,成为本研究之重点。机车骑士遇 红灯停等时,机车群会在路口聚集成很多形状,本研究定义为“机车停等 形状”。以此观念出发,再加上机车路口到达及纾解特性之探讨,应用等 候理论之累积曲线法,在某些假设条件下,将机车延滞模式以不同之到达 及纾解型态分为六种延滞情形,经由Arr、Dep及机车停等形状三种指标之 判别,可将每周期适用的延滞情形判别,以得到每周期机车总延滞。本研 究并定义“机车延滞当量”(MDE),将占据机车停等位置之汽车视为机 车,以流动车辆法来求此值,以应用于不规则型机车停等形状。经模式验 证结果发现,由模式计算之路口延滞值与实际路口延滞值误差在 8% 以 下;将实验所得之汽车MDE值应用于不规则型机车停等形状,发现误差在7 %以下,表本研究之机车延滞模式及机车延滞当量值符合实际状况。 "Delay" has been the index of assessing level of service of intersection recently, and according the "minimum average delay" for designing signal phase. Because of the discrepancy on the motorcycle characteristics with vehicles, how to qualify the motorcycle characteristics and use "Veh" to be the car flow unit to estimate approach delay directly are the focal points of this When motorcycle drivers stop in front of the stop line at intersection, the motorcycle platoon will gather together and many configurations, this study defines the phenomenon as Waiting Configuration"(M.W.C). From this idea and motorcycle arrival and departure characteristics, using the cumulative curve method, this study divides delay condition into six types different arrival and departure conditions which can be by arrival(Arr), departure(Dep)and M.W.C three indexes, then what kind of delay condition can be applied in every cycle This study also defines "Motorcycle Delay Equivalence"(M.D.E), taking the vehicles that occupy the motorcycle stop location for motorcycles, and get this value with floating car method to apply in the irregular M.W.C. After the work of model identification, the error between calculated approach delay value and really approach delay value than 8%, and M.D.E of vehicles apply in the irregular M.W.C., error is less than 7%. It can be said that the motorcycle delay and the M.D.E value of vehicles tally with reality. |
