dc.description.abstract在這篇論文裡,我們討論微小圓盤雷射的共振腔模態,及其對應產生的遠 場發光分佈。除了傳統圓形的圓盤雷射外,我們引入多邊界點對合法 (Point Matching Method)來處理非圓形的圓盤雷射共振腔,並進而探討 改變圓盤形狀對其遠場發光特性的影響。 In this thesis, we discuss the resonance cavity modes of microdisk lasers and the corresponding farfield emisssion patterns. Besides conventional circular microdisk lasers, we introduce the point matching method to solve the cavity modes of noncircular microdisks. And we further discuss how the changes in disk shape influences the farfield emission pattern of microdisk lasers.zh_TW
