摘要: 在本论文中, 我们利用光导开关具有将光讯号与电讯号做谐波混频的特
性, 及可做相位侦测器的应用, 加上回路滤波器与受压控振荡器调变的增
益开关半导体雷射, 分别完成具差频 (Offset) 与无差频 (Non-
offset) 之光电式锁相回路, 捕获自由变动 (free run) 的微波讯号,分
别可锁至20 GHz与12 GHz.我们利用反射式的电光取样系统, 在具差频
(Offset) 系统中对微条式传输线做混频讯号的量测, 探讨传输线由于阻
抗不匹配所造成的驻波效应且应用于S-参数的量测.在无差频 (Non-
offset) 系统中, 由于探测讯号与待测讯号之间的同步, 我们可以侦测使
还原一个非弦波的讯号, 并对光导开关应用于混频器及相位侦测器, 我们
做一些基本特性的量测.
The applications of the gain-switched-laser-diode-based off-
set and non-offset optoelectronic phase lock loops (OEPLL)
which use the photoconductive switch as a optoelectronic har-
monic mixer and a optical-microwave phase detector have been
studied. Free-running microwave signals up to 20 GHz and 12GHz
have been phase tracked and electro-optic sampled (EOS) by the
aforementioned system , respectively . Using the offset-OEPLL-
typed EOS system , an impedance-mismatched microstrip transmi-
ssion line has also been characterized in traveling wave and
standing wave regime. Non-sinusoidal microwave signal has also
been probed by using the non-offset-OEPLL-based EOS system .
