dc.description.abstract利用「整合型網路管理系統發展平台」來開發各種不同需求之網管系統是 當前網路管理的趨勢,此一趨勢尤因電信網路之龐大與複雜之管理工作而 更形重要。本論文為「整合型電信網路管理系統發展平台」之先導研究, 針對電信網路管理中「障礙管理」部份提出一般化之系統架構,研擬其所 需模組及功能需求,以便日後依此架構製作平台以簡化電信網路障礙管理 系統的設計及製作。網路障礙定位是障礙管理系統中重要之課題,由於網 路上一個障礙發生時會引發許多警報,網路障礙定位必須在眾多警報中找 出代表該障礙主要的警報,進而將障礙地點找出,此問題在多個障礙同時 發生時尤為複雜。本文提出採用電信網路中虛擬路徑之概念及障礙推論五 個原則以進行警報本文主要貢獻: (1)研究並提出電信網路障礙管理系統 一般化之架構,有助於日後電信網路管理系統發展平台之設計及製作。 (2)利用電信網路之虛擬路徑,提出一個適用於電信網路警報關聯處理的 演算法,可快速地進行警報縮減及解決網路障礙定位問題,且適用於多個 障礙同時發生之情況。 To use an Integrated Network Management System (INMS) to manage the telecommunications network is a trend. A platform that consists of kernel functions and development environment of INMS may give a lot of help to develop various kinds of INMS. This thesis is a priori research of "Platform and Development Environment of Integrated Telecommunications Network Management System." A generic system architecture for fault management in fault localization method is needed to identify th The major contributions of this thesis are: (1) Proposing a generic system architecture of fault management in telecommunications network to help the developing of network management platform in the future. (2) Proposing a method to resolve the alarm correlation and network fault localization problem. This method could be applied to multiple faults problem.zh_TW
