摘要: 本论文提出一个以结合形态梯度及遗传演算法为基础的阶层式纹理影像分
类法。这方法分成两个阶段:学习阶段和分类阶段。在学习阶段,我们利
用遗传演算法去找一组最佳的结构元素以提供最好的纹理分类,除此之外
,我们并根据所选取出来的结构元素而建构一个决策树。在分类阶段,我
们利用走访决策树的方式来达成纹理影像分类的目的。实验结果显示,我
们所提出的方法只要使用很少而有效的结构元素便可达到很高的分类正确
率。
This thesis proposes a novel method of hierarchic textures
classification using morphological gradients and genetic
algorithms. The method consists of two phases: the learning
phase and the classification phase. In the learning phase,
genetic algorithms are employed to find an optimal set of
structuring elements which provides the best discrimination of
textures. The association of these structuring elements is then
formed via a binary decision tree. During the classification
phase, the textures are classified by simply traversing the
constructed decision tree. The thsis also shows experimental
results to demostrate that, by employing only a few effectual
structuring elements, the hierarchic method achieves high
classification accuracy and efficiency.
