dc.description.abstract我們提出一新型繞線器,力求平衡跨晶元區域之擁擠度,並擴大空點為"半 空接點".利用我們提出之部份貫通接點架構,得到相當不錯之結果. We propose a new router, try to balance the congestion of over- the-cell regions, and extend the definition of vacant terminals to "semi-vacant terminals".Using such Partially Through Terminal Structure that we have proposed, we get ad experimental result.zh_TW
