摘要: 在本论文中,主要提出了一种新的参数控制机制:``EWMA-II''。它弥补了
漏桶 (Leaky Bucket; LB) 用者不佳的监测能力。EWMA-II 机制的主要功
能 均丛聚长度。同时,若使用者因平均丛聚长度增加导致平均封包率上升
时,EWMA-II 机制亦将会获得一个较 LB甈陛C它的效能分析我们将从数值
方法及计算机模拟两方面来探讨。 EWMA-IID常简单,因此若EWMA-II 机

制做了修改,使其更符合实际系统的执行。
In this thesis we propose a new policing mechanism called EWMA-
II compensates the policing capability of Leaky Bucket scheme
topliant sources for which the peak rate and mean rate are
compliant whilelength is over contract. The main feature of
EWMA-II is to police the of a source. Also, when the mean rate
of a non-compliant source increases due to the increase of its
mean the EWMA-II policing scheme can achieve a very good
static behavior and a fast dynamic behavior. The performance of
EWMA-II mechanism is studied by numerical simulation results.
The hardware implementation of EWMA-II is Hence, if EWMA-II is
cascaded with two stages of Leaky Bucket (one policing peak
rate, the other policing mean rate), we any type of non-
compliant on-off sources to prevent network In the rest of this
thesis, we study some other new policing including ``Preuse
Moving Window''(PMW)、``Preuse Jumpingnd ``Reserve Preuse
Jumping Window''(RPJW). Also we classify the non-compliant
sources, and test the performance of LB and EWMA by these
sources to both mechanisms. Finally, we modify theation
algorithm and usage parameter control mechanism for data
packets Turner[15] to make it practical for real systems.
