摘要: | 近年來, 個人通信服務已成為一股無可避免的趨勢; 為了提供這樣的服 務,整合語音及數據服務又是絕對必要的,PACS 系統乃應運而生。但是 在一個整合語音及數據服務的系統中, 頻寬分配與時槽位置是兩個重要 的課題,一旦這個問題能夠解決,系統管理者才可以有效地管理系統。在 此篇論文中, 我們使用模擬方式探討並求出最佳的時槽位置; 結果顯示 均勻的時槽分配式可以得到最佳的系統效能。 同時,我們也依據系統可 容許的最大語音阻塞機率 (voice call blocking probability) 及平均 等待時間 (mean system time) 提出一個公平的性能標準。 藉此,我們 可以求出最佳頻寬分配方式。 In recent years, PCS(Personal Communication Service) has become an inevitable trend, and for provide such services, integration of voice and data service is absolutely necessary, PACS is born. But in a system which integrates voice and data service, bandwidth allocation and data slots position are two important issues; while these two issues are resolved, system provider can manage the system efficiently. In this thesis, we take a simulation approach to solve the problem of optimal time slots position. By the result, we can make a conclusion that a more uniformly allocated packet data slot will result in better system performance. By the way, according to maximal system tolerable voice call blocking probability and mean system time we propose a fair system performance criterion, thus obtain the optimal bandwidth allocation strategy. |
