dc.description.abstract | 經濟效率區分為技術效率與配置效率,Leibenstein 實證結果認為技術效 率損失明顯的高於配置效率,其將技術效率擴大為「X效率」,並且使用 動機理論解釋X效率。 Farrell則明確地界定技術效率的定義與衡量。 在推估的方法上,由確定性無參數生產邊界法到確定性參數邊界法,由 於推估上的問題,進一步推導成確定性統計邊界法,由於誤差項來源假設 一部份廠商能控制的技術無效率的部分,一部份屬於廠商不能控制的外在 干擾因素,進一步推導成隨機性邊界法。本文即是先利用隨機性邊界法估 計每個產業內個別廠商的技術效率,再以外銷比率、營業期間、生產規模 、自動化裝備度與資本勞動相對密集度等五個變數來代表廠商特性,檢定 每個產業內技術效率的差異是受那些廠商特性的影響。並且檢定市場集中 度是否影響市場的技術效率。 結果發現,這七個產業中每個產業的平 均技術效率約為 0.7。機械設備製造修配業顯示主要影響因素為外銷比率 、營業期間、生產規模、自動化裝備度、資本勞動相對密集度。金屬基本 工業受外銷比率、營業期間、生產規模、自動化裝備度、資本勞動相對密 集度影響。電機電子業受營業期間、生產規模、自動化裝備度、資本勞動 相對密集度影響。非金屬礦物製品製造業主要受生產規模、自動化裝備度 、資本勞動相對密集度的影響。塑膠製品製造業顯著的受到這五個廠商特 性影響。化學材料製造業主要受外銷比率、生產規模、自動化裝備度、資 本勞動相對密集度的影響。化學製品製造業受五個廠商特性變數影響,其 中營業期間是負相關。而市場集中度與產業內市場平均技術效率之間的關 係顯示兩者間不相關。 Economic efficiency was separated into technical and allocation efficiency in literature 。 Leibenstein considered that the loss of technical efficiency is higher than allocation efficiency 。 He expanded technical efficiency into 『 X - efficiency 』 and used 「motivation theory 」 to explain X - efficiency 。 Farrell had already defined the technical efficiency and measured it 。 This research uses the stochastic frontier production function to measure the technical efficiency of firms in each of seven of Taiwan's manufacturing industries , and then use the foreign sales ratio , operating age , size , automatic equipment and intensiveness of capital relation to labor to represent firms'characterics 。 It also reseach which firms' characterics influnce technical efficiency and whether market concentration ratio influnce technical efficiency of industries 。 The findings indicate that average efficiency of every of the seven industries is about 0.7 。 there also exit the evidence that the effect of size,automatic equipment and intensiveness of capital relative to labor on technical efficiency are positive 。 | zh_TW |
