dc.description.abstract | 本實驗以304、316沃斯田型不□鋼母材與ER308、ER310不□鋼銲線為填料 ,經由MIG銲接及高溫熱處理後,施予拉伸與衝擊試驗、金相觀察、肥粒 相量測、微硬度測試及掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察,以瞭解不同銲接參數下之 銲道金屬之機械性質及銲道殘留之肥粒相含量。由實驗結果顯示:304 、316不□鋼銲接之機械性質相近。304與316不□鋼可進行異種金屬對接 。於保護氣體中添加氮氣可增加銲道金屬之抗拉強度、衝擊值及硬度。以 ER310銲線填料之銲道結構為沃斯田相組織,而以ER308銲線填料之銲道結 構則為沃斯田相及肥粒相之雙相組織。於1050℃施予銲後熱處理可略微增 加銲件之衝擊值,但會稍降其抗拉強度及硬度。銲道金屬內肥粒相可藉由 熱處理或在保護氣體中添加氮氣等方式給予降低或消除。 | zh_TW |
