| dc.description.abstract | 本研究係針對鋁管抽製過程中最佳製造參數組合之探討,希望經由最佳製 造參數來獲得最小的抽製能量需求,以期達到節約能源及降低製造成本之 目的。此法係以有限單元軟體ABAQUS與最佳化軟體MOST連結;同時選擇斷 面縮率、模角以及摩擦係數作分析時之參數,以期獲得最小之抽製所需能 量。經由分析結果顯示,斷面縮率與摩擦係數越小,則所需之抽製力越小 ;而最小抽製動力之模角則隨著摩擦係數不同而有所變化。 | zh_TW |
