dc.description.abstract | 可靠度工程之故障樹分析技術已廣泛應用於系統的失效分析,本論文旨在 發展 Petri net 的失效分析方法。Petri net 本質上是描述條件與事件 間關係的作圖法,不僅能夠取代故障樹邏輯符號功能,較快求出系統之最 小切割集合,簡化圖形架構,且能考量時間因素,表現動態狀況。本論文 還提出梯形作圖法,能表現系統之故障動態。此外,更應用狀態空間大小 的理念,算出會造成系統故障之原因數目,使 Petri net 成為比故障樹 功能更強且更方便之失效分析工具。 | zh_TW |
