dc.description.abstract | 模擬模式為一有力的決策輔助工具,可以用來幫助解決各個領域的複雜問 題,尤其是裴氏圖,已被眾多學者證明能有效地用來分析製造系統的控制 問題。本論文的目的是希望能降低應用模擬模式時所遭遇的一些障礙,亦 即使裴氏圖能更容易、更普遍的被應用來協助解決製造系統在控制上的問 題。作法是透過IDEF3結構化的方法來獲取系統實際的運作與正確需求, 並以裴氏圖模式作為探討系統控制問題的工具,將IDEF3描述與裴氏圖模 氏間的轉換關係做深入的探討。其優點除了可避免因溝通不良而構建出錯 誤或不能完全符合系統需求的模式,而且可以解決模式構建時因系統過於 複雜或是模式本身所需的技巧性而產生之構建上的困難。 Simulation modeling is a powerful decision support tool that aids in solving complex problems in a variety of application domains. Petri nets, in paricular,has been proved as a very effective tool in analyzing control issues of manufacturing system.However,Petri nets model building requires extensive training and skill in the simulation model technique.Therefore, the objective of this thesis focuses on removing the obstacles of constructing a Petri nets model,so that it can be more easy use in analyzing control problems of manufacturing system. The steps of this research are (1)Obtain the system control flow with IDEF3 process flow description.(2)Convert IDEF3 control flow into Petri nets model.The advantages of this converting process are:1.Avoiding model construction errors due to bad communication. 2.Overcome the requirement for extensive training and skill in the use of simulation modeling technique. | zh_TW |
