dc.description.abstract | 根據交通事故之統計資料顯示,交通事故發生之原因與人為因素有關者 佔百分之九十以上, 而其中又以不遵守交通規則為最多。現階段國人之 交通違規行為極為普遍,歸究其原因除了 執法不嚴、工程設計不夠人性 化之外,是否亦與國人對於交通違規行為之事故風險感認偏低 、交通安 全意識薄弱有關呢?如果上述質疑屬實,則如何加強國人對於交通違規行 為之事故 風險意識,則將是未來推動交通安全宣導教育之要務。青少年 為國家未來的主人翁,然而國 內卻甚少有青少年交通安全方面問題的相 關研究,因此本研究以青少年為研究對象,對於青 少年在交通安全風險 感認等相關問題的研究分析與探討。本研究可分成兩個部份:其一是青 少年對於五種最常使用交通工具的風險感受指標的建立與分析,以及自信 程度的比較與事故 經驗的概況瞭解,另外一部份則是分析危險感受對行 為的影響程度。 本研究首先引用模糊理論進行各種交通工具風險感受指標的建立,再進行 不同基本屬性間的 統計分析檢定。而各種交通工具之中,機車是青少年 認為最危險的交通工具,而大眾運輸則 為最安全的交通工具。相較於年 長者之下,青少年顯得有點自信不足,而與同儕比較時,則 較有自信。 在事故經驗方面,則以親友或目睹他人發生為事故經歷的主要來源。 此外,本研究仍透過問卷設計與訪問調查,嘗試瞭解我國青少年學生對於 各種常見之交通違 規行為之發生頻率與事故風險感認程度,並探討其間 之關係。分析的這些常見的違規行為依 照交通工具的不同,可分成三大 類,分別是行人方面、腳踏車方面與機車方面。研究結果顯 示,青少年 學生對許多常見的交通違規行為均認同其為『危險』或『非常危險』,然 而當被 問及是否發生過違規行為時,卻仍有相當比例之受訪青少年表示 『曾經發生』、『偶而發生 』甚至於『經常發生』的矛盾心理現象。違 規行為之常犯比例經過危險感認排序後,並未呈 現一致性的順序。許多 危險感認程度較高的行為,出現常犯比例亦頗高的矛盾現象。高中職 學 生( 含五專三年級以下)在行人與機車違規行為的常犯比例,均略高於 國中學生。進一步的分析則顯示青少年對交通違規行為之危險感認與違規 頻度具有顯著之相關性,即當對某一 交通違規行為之危險感認越高時, 其冒犯違規的頻率也越低。 This research is undertaken to study the adolescents' risk perceptions for using different transportation modes and violating traffic laws.The Fuzzy sets theory s applied to measure the risk perception for different modes which are commonly used by adolescents.The study results show that motorcycles are perceived as the riskiest mode by adolescents,and buses are thought as the safest mode .Female adolescents' risk perception are found significantly higher than those of male adolescents for all modes.Furthe rmore, the study results also show that adolescents' risk perceptions decrease with the increase of their ages. In order to understand the relationship between the risk perception and the frequency of violating traffic rules,an face-to-face interview with adolescents was also conducted in this study .The results show that almost all the adolescents feel risky for their traffic violations as walking and riding bicycle or motorcycle on the road ,however, there are still significantly proportion of adolescents not to obey the traffic regulations.The study also finds the more involvement into severe traffic accidents the adolescents have experienced, the more risk perceptions they will have for traffic violations and results less frequency of violating traffic rules. This study provides the valuable information about adolescents' risk perception to their traffic environment and their feeling for traffic violations.It might be helpful to draw related education or enforcement strategies based on this finding. | zh_TW |
