摘要: 本研究以溶胶-凝胶法制备出成分为 Li2O-Al2O3-7SiO2的锂铝矽酸盐凝胶
粉末,经玻化处理使其结构致密,并尝试控制结晶热处理使其结晶化而获
得透明且极低热膨胀系数的锂铝矽酸盐系玻璃陶瓷材料使其结构致密,并

盐系玻璃陶瓷材料,并探讨氧化物成核际TiO2与ZrO2的添加对其性质与结
晶过程的影响。实验过程中,以示差热分析仪找出适当的成核与结晶温度
,并求出与晶体成长相关的动力参数。然后将试片进行不同时间与温度的
热处理, X-射线绕射仪被用来鉴别在不同热处理条件下,析出的结晶相
,并以扫描式电子显微镜观察试片的微观结构,最后再利用热机械性质分
析仪测量试片的热膨胀系数。在1000 ℃以下Virgilite为主要结晶相,其
玻璃陶瓷可呈现透光性1200℃时beta-spodumen为主要结晶相,此时玻璃
陶瓷呈现白色,Virgilite具负的热膨胀性,少量的Virgilite结晶相析出
可大幅地降低热膨胀系数。TiO2较ZrO2的添加更能有效的促进成核,其结
晶活化能约较ZrO2减少一半,然而TiO2的添加有不利透明的倾向,其玻璃
呈现淡褐色透明。
The LAS powders were produced by sol-gel process in this study
.The powder were denser through vitrification treatment.We tried
to control crystallization heat-treatment in order to get
moretransparent and low thermo-expansion of LAS glass ceramic,
then study the relation of nucleus addition to crystallization.
The temperature of nucleation and crystallization were
determined byDTA in this experiment and the kinectic parameters
of crystallization were also.The phase of crystallization were
identified by XRD and the microstructureanalysis were by SEM.
The coefficient of thermo-pansion were measure by TMA.Below
1000℃,the glass ceramics are transparent and it's primary phase
is Virgilite.The glass ceramic appears white color and it's
primary phase change to beta-spodumene around 1200℃.Virgilite
with negative thermo-expansion ,it's formation can dramatic
reduced the coefficient of thermo-expansion.The nucleus addition
of TiO2 is more effectivethan ZrO2.Then the activation energy of
crystallization is more below.
