dc.description.abstract本論文將理論性地表示出在有限大小的半導體樣品中, 因凝態激子 系統的非線性光學效應而產生光壓縮態的過程. 對於量子化的空腔模態和 激子, 我們以有效漢彌爾敦出發並利用多重波混合的量子理論, 去導出非 簡併四波混合在空腔內產生的壓縮態變化量的公式. 而空腔外以邊模態/ 入射波頻率差為變數的頻譜分析, 亦有所探討. In this dissertation I present theoretically a mechanism for the generation of squeezed states of light, which is based on the nonlinear optical responses of the condensed exciton system in a finitesize semiconductor sample. Starting with an effective Hamiltonian for the quantized cavity modes and the excitons and using the quantum theory of multiwave mixing, we derive formulas for the variances of intracavity squeezed states generated by nondegenerate four-wave mixing. Spectral analysis of the cavity output light is also studied for various side-mode/pump beat frequencies.zh_TW
