摘要: 本研究的目的在提出由現有系統演進到未來個人通信服務系統的解決方法 。論文裡除提出一些以智慧型網路支援個人通信服務的網路上特定問題外 ,也針對這些問題提出解答。提出的主題包括網路架構與有效移動性管理 策略、自動漫遊的網路介接策略及信號效能分析等,也對個人通信資料庫 不可或缺的技術如具有最少呼叫損失、確保服務品質的擁塞管理策略等有 所貢獻。同時,論文中亦針對目前全世界AMPS經營者造成困擾的一號多機 問題提出獨特且有效的解決技術。本論文同時也提出在電信系統接收檢驗 時,進行系統性服務見證測試技術的獨特見解。以上的各項貢獻確實可以 解決由現有系統演進到未來個人通信服務系統的需要,其中有些已被電信 總局採納並成為改進現有系統的方案。 The goal of this research is to bridge the technical gap of the evolution path from the existing telecommunication systems to the future seamless PCS systems. In this dissertation, some specific networking issues with IN in PCS are explored. We contribute our solutions in these issues which impact the IN most emergency, including the network architecture and efficient mobility management, the network interconnection scenarios and the signaling impact analysis for the international roaming in mobile and personal communications, and a congestion control scheme with minimum loss rate in the traffic management issue for personal communications databases. We also trial to resolve some specific issues, i.e., cloned problem in Advanced Mobile Phone Systems (AMPS), which puzzles the world-wide operating companies of the existing analog cellular systems. Furthermore, the proposed problem formulation of the test execution criteria on the IN service verification is a unique trial in the acceptance testing procedure of telecommunication systems. Finally, some of our proposals and solutions have been accepted to apply to the existing telecommunication systems in Taiwan.
