dc.description.abstract兩種製作簡易,單一平面,單平衡式混波器在這篇論文中被發表,透過諸 如共平面波導,共平面帶狀線,及槽狀線,這些單一平面傳輸線的使用, 鑽動和基板背面的金屬都不須要了.一個新的共平面波導到共平面帶狀線 的過渡性電路在這篇論文中也被提出,這個過渡性電路結構的反射損耗( 背對背)在頻率從直流到12GHz至少有14dB,這個混合非常適合 於混波器及天線的應用.第一種混波器就是利用這個結構,實驗顯示這樣 的混波器它的轉換損耗從10.25GHz到13GHz都小於7.67d B,如果beam-lead 二極體和探針式的測量夾具可以取得的話,這種結構 的混波器可以操作到毫微米的頻段.另一種混波器是利用傳統的叉路環為 主體,實驗結果顯示轉換損耗從8.5GHz到9.75GHz都小於7. 67dB. Two types of compact,uniplanar,balanced mixers are presented. Through the use of uniplanar transmission line such as coplanar waveguide (CPW),coplanar strip(CPS),and slotline,the need for via hole and back meltalization has been eliminated.A new coplanar waveguide to coplanar strip transition is also presented.The return loss of this transition structure (back to back) is more than 14 dB from DC to 12 GHz.This hybrid structure is very useful in mixer andantenna applications.The first type of the mixer is based on this hybrid.Experimental results show that this hybrid mixer has the conversion loss of less than 7.67 dB from 10.25 to 13.0 GHz.The hybrid mixer can be applied up tothe millimeter wave bands if beam-lead diodes and probe test fixture areavailable.The other type of the mixer is the conventional hybrid ring mixer. The uniplanar hybrid ring shows good isolation,and good power and phase balance.Experimental results exhibit a conversion loss of less than 7.67 dB from 8.5 to 9.75 GHz.zh_TW
