dc.description.abstract由於國內這幾年來的經濟發展,伴隨著國內建築相關事業的迅速發展,台灣的建築材料日 漸枯竭,加之台灣四面環海,使用含氯離子的建築材料為未來的趨勢,但氯離子對建築物 有相當程度的傷害,故本研究之重心在於水泥成份與氯離子之間相互關係的探討。本研究 藉由調整水泥中各種成份礦物的比例,並置於不同養護環境下,以了解水泥中各主要成份 礦物對於氯離子在不同環境下的結合吸附程度,並以純礦物在氯離子溶液中結合吸附氯離 子的實驗,以進一步求出各成份礦物對於氯離子的結合吸附能力,使含氯離子建築材料在 使用時,能夠做更有效的控制。由研究結果顯示,水泥中主要結合吸附氯離子的礦物為C3 A,而C4AF的影響較小,至於C2S與C3S則幾乎不與氯離子起反應。當水泥中含高量C3A以及 在飽和石灰水養護下,可有效降低水泥中所含的氯離子總量及游離型氯離子含量。 Because of the financial development in Taiwan recently, and the rapid growth of relative building business, so building materials are decreasing gradually. Surrounded by sea, it*s a trend to use the building materials with chloride i on in the future. But chloride ion has quite degree of harms to the structures . Therefore, the emphasis of the research is to explore the relation between t he cement component and chloride ion.By changing the proportion of every cemen t mineral component, putting in different curing environment, we understand th e bounding degree of the main element minerals in cement to chloride ion in di fferent environment. Furthermore, by the experiment of pure minerals in chlori de ion solution bounding to chloride ion, we get the bounding ability of every element mineral to chloride ion. So we can make more effective controls when chloride ion building materials are in use.The result of the study pointed out that the main bounding mineral to chloride ion in cement is C3A, yet C4AF has a smaller effect. C2S and C3S have almost no reaction to the chloride ion. Un der high percentage of C3A and in the curing environment of saturated lime sol ution, we can effectively reduce the total chloride ion amount and free chlori de ion amount in cement.zh_TW
