摘要: | 分类与编码是群组技术最重要的方法,因此陆续有学者研究工件的自动分 类,期望更有效的建立工件资料库。但是要在诸多的自动工件分类系统中 ,选择一个适用者,就必须选择最符合使用者心智模式(mental model)的 系统,才能提高搜寻资讯的容易度。因此有研究提出建立使用者将各工件 逐一比较的标准分类,来评估自动分类系统的有效性。由于这种标准分类 的构建成本太高,若能以生手来建立标准分类,就可以降低成本,因此本 研究目的即在检验专家与生手对工件分类的结果是否有差异,以作为建立 分类规范时受试人员选取之准则。由结果可以发现专家与生手的分类结果 Classification and coding systems are the most important parts of group technology. There have been many automated workpiece classification systems. As to how to choose a useful system remains an unresolved issue. A prior study proposed a user-based benchmark system for evaluating the usefulness of automated system. However, the development of the benchmark standard is quite costly.
