Abstract: 本文針對精細雕刻業的電腦整合製造系統,以影像處理技術藉由光學
掃描器將二維圖形輸入電腦,擷取該圖形之特徵線,並發展一套特徵線之
彈性綴合的方法。此特徵線包括圖形的中軸與輪廓線,可作為產生NC加工
路徑之用。因此,本論文針對特徵線在逆向工程的應用,結合影像處理技
術,對影像清晰化的前置處理和圖線彈性綴合的參數化與最佳化提出一可
行的演算法與實作,以建立適合精細雕刻業中的特徵線彈性綴合系統。經
由電腦實作驗證,本文所提的二維圖形特徵線彈性擷取與綴合的方法,具
有令人滿意的效果。
This paper proposes a method for extracting and fitting
thefeature lines of a 2D graph. By using the image processing
techniques, we extract the feature lines from the 2D image
whichwere inputted from the scanner. Then we devise a set of
flexibleline fitting algorithms to represent the extracted
feature linesfor NC path generation. The feature lines include
medial axis lines and contour lines. To obtain satisfying
results, we alsodevise a set of a morphological algorithms for
image preprocessingand interactive algorithms for image editing
and parameters setting.Thus the developed system can serve
flexible requirements for the industry of computer aided fine
sculpturing. Simulation results show that the proposed method is
feasible and effective.
