摘要: 本文针对精细雕刻业的电脑整合制造系统,以影像处理技术藉由光学
扫描器将二维图形输入电脑,撷取该图形之特征线,并发展一套特征线之
弹性缀合的方法。此特征线包括图形的中轴与轮廓线,可作为产生NC加工
路径之用。因此,本论文针对特征线在逆向工程的应用,结合影像处理技
术,对影像清晰化的前置处理和图线弹性缀合的参数化与最佳化提出一可
行的演算法与实作,以建立适合精细雕刻业中的特征线弹性缀合系统。经
由电脑实作验证,本文所提的二维图形特征线弹性撷取与缀合的方法,具
有令人满意的效果。
This paper proposes a method for extracting and fitting
thefeature lines of a 2D graph. By using the image processing
techniques, we extract the feature lines from the 2D image
whichwere inputted from the scanner. Then we devise a set of
flexibleline fitting algorithms to represent the extracted
feature linesfor NC path generation. The feature lines include
medial axis lines and contour lines. To obtain satisfying
results, we alsodevise a set of a morphological algorithms for
image preprocessingand interactive algorithms for image editing
and parameters setting.Thus the developed system can serve
flexible requirements for the industry of computer aided fine
sculpturing. Simulation results show that the proposed method is
feasible and effective.
