摘要: 田口方法已在業界實施多年,成效有目共睹,但過去的應用實例與研發 方面大多侷限於靜態單一品質的最佳化,而目前為了滿足產品設計的要求 ,動態系統的引入已是時勢所趨;另外,由於產品功能的設計日漸複雜, 需同時兼顧數個品質特性,才能決定產品品質的好壞。此時若僅考量單一 品質特性的最佳化並不代表整體的產品品質最佳化,因此如何解決動態系 統多重品質特性同時最佳化的問題是近年來多位學者的研究重點。 本研 究以迴歸分析與望想函數(desirability function)來解決動態系統中多 重品質特性最佳化的問題。首先以迴歸分析找出影響品質變異的控制因子 與影響系統靈敏度的調整因子,再以望想函數來達到多重品質特性同時最 佳化的目標。本研究之目的在於提供一個實用而能處理動態系統多重品質 特性最佳化的方法,以做為實際執行產品或製程最佳化時的依據。本研究 並以一製備S-CHBE光學活性中間體之化學實驗為例來說明如何應用本研究 所提出之方法。 Taguchi method has been widely implemented in industry off-line quality control. Until now, most of the applications are focused on the optimization of a single-response in a static system. In order to satisfy the requirements of a production design, optimization of a dynamic system has received more attentions in the recent years. However, due to the increasing complexity of the production design, more than one quality characteristic must be considered simultaneously to improve the production quality. Hence optimizing multiple responses simultaneously in a dynamic system becomes an important issue. This thesis proposes a procedure which utilizing the regression analysis and desirability function to optimize the multi- response problem in a dynamic system. First, the regression analysis is used to find out the significant control factors which affect the quality variation and the adjustment factors which affect the sensitivity of a system. Next, through the desirability function, the overall production quality can be optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed procedure is verified with a example of analyzing a biological reduction of ethyl acetoacetate process experiment.
