整合動態旅行者行前資訊系統與Internet GIS之研究與建立

Abstract

由於經濟的快速發展，國內小汽車的成長率以驚人的速率逐年增加，導致 嚴重的交通壅塞問題。若能於旅次開始之前，提供旅行者各級道路的壅塞 情形，則旅行者便可自行避開壅塞路段，進而分散旅次，減少道路擁擠， 我們認為利用此種方式以舒緩交通擁擠是短期內最容易達到方式。目前國 內旅行者路況來源最主要來自警察廣電台。本研究主要為整合網際網路技 術以改善目前警察廣播電台利用電話線傳輸路況資訊的方式。新系統可加 速警察廣播電台各分台間路況資訊的傳播速率，網路使用者可透過網際網 路取得路況資訊，並經由有線電視頻道業者的幫助，使得路況可透過有線 電視頻道播送出去。為了使系統功能完備及具備友善的使用者介面，本系 統亦整合網際網路地理資訊系統（Internet GIS）的功能於其中。本研究 中提出了Internet GIS的基本架構，並實作一套系統雛形，本系統具備『 基本的圖形顯示子系統』、『基本的資料處理子系統』、『智慧型路名、 地名標示演算法』、『基本空間資料查詢子系統』、『動態路況顯示子系 統』、以及『里程碑對映子系統』。 Due to the rapid economic developments, the number of private owned vehicles increases tremendously, which causes terrible traffic jams. One of solutions to easy these traffic jams is to provide travelers the traffic condition before they hit the roads. With these traffic information, travelers could avoid thejammed roads and reduce the unnecessary hours spent on roads. People usuallyget these traffic report from The Public Radio Station (PRS), which is the most reputable source in Taiwan.
