dc.description.abstract  當台灣最大的非營利環保團體-荒野保護協會(The Society of Wilderness,簡稱SOW),透過全球最佳管理工具-平衡計分卡(The Balanced Scorecard)的幫忙,重新檢視其存在的價值及欲達成的目標,並透過有效的方法論,於四大策略構面(顧客、內部流程、學習發展與財務)做永續的發展。如此,SOW在創立十週年慶的同時,更能因受到平衡計分卡的加持,釐清使命,建立共識,集中資源,在既有的良好基礎上,創造更卓越的貢獻!   本文透過平衡計分卡的架構,檢視分析SOW的現況,並加以量身定做出最重要的建議:一張專屬於SOW的策略地圖,並藉此發展適合SOW使用的平衡計分卡,以協助她能將資源運用在其重要的策略目標上,並能加速實現其保護荒野的願景,和確保美麗台灣給我們的下一代。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract  The methodology of this thesis is to use the Balanced Scorecard, the best management tool, to exam existing values and future goals of the Society of Wilderness (so-called SOW), the largest non-profit-making environment protection organization in Taiwan. By applying the methodology, we can effectively reinforce strategies in four perspectives: Customer, Internal , Learning and Growth, and Financial. By using this methodology, we can figure out the mission, gather up the resources, and create the excellent contribution!   The thesis analyzes the current situations of SOW by the methods of Balance Scorecard; concludes the most important suggestions for the organization, and draws a made-to-measure strategy map to firm up its directions to reach its goals.en_US
