電子連接器產業自動化導入之探討

Abstract

近年台灣電子產業的成長快速，而電子連接器乃所有電子資訊產品必備之 零件，伴隨著電子資訊產品走向世界舞台，在競爭劇烈的今日實有迫切之 產業升級壓力。政府為加速產業升級，早在民國七十一年推動第一階段「 中華民國生產自動化推行計畫」初具成效並於七十九年始繼續推動第二階 段十年計畫，隨著勞工成本高漲、土地取得不易....等不利投資因素、自 動化似乎是根留台灣之必要道路，為讓電子連接器產業內企業主及經營層 對自動化有更深入之了解，及勾繪出進入之途徑與藍圖，本研究採用探索 式的研究除了文獻及次級資料搜集外，也設計問卷發出，並實際訪談24家 連接器廠商中高階主管，以了解國內業者自動化之現況與導入之各種經驗 ，完成(1)尋找國內連接器業者於導入生產自動化可遵循之依據與方向(2) 討論在向自動化過程中除了技術層面及管理因素之通盤思考(3)藉本研究 建立模式，做為企業邁向自動化過程中策略管理之依據。在實證的結果中 發現國內連接器產業仍以單機自動化為主流與庫存管理二系統是企業主最 重視之兩項工作。本研究於企業功能與管理功能兩大構面探討導入自動化 企業主應有之認知外，並發展導入自動化策略管理之模式，且於結論中針 對政府與企業主提出建言，期早日落實電子連接器產業自動化之轉型與升 級工作。 關鍵詞：電子連接器，產業自動化，策略管理 Ever since 1982, factory automation has been one of the major industrial policies in Taiwan. The ROC government initiated the second Ten-Year automation program in 1990. This study investigates the automation issues in Taiwan□ electronic connector industry and thereby makes conclustions and recommendations.Twenty-four CEOs are interviewed with questionnaires regarding their experiences and perspectives on the factory automation. It is found that single-machine automation and inventory management dominate the automation investment. This study proposes a strategic management and decision process for selecting appropriate automation type to meet specific needs of a firm and illustrates a specific case as an example.
