摘要: 隨著全球資訊網的快速成長,越來越多人透過全球資訊網獲得各種資訊, 在全球資訊網上超文件教材提供非線性資訊呈現方式,允許瀏覽者用更接 近人類思考的方式學習,透過網際網路能夠將教材知識傳達到全球各地, 瀏覽者只要透過瀏覽器就可以輕鬆的獲得超文件教材所要傳達的知識,這 樣的方式使得教學更具彈性。一套超文件教材製作的好壞,對學習效果有 極密切的關係。站在超文件教材製作者的角度而言,如何能夠與其他人共 同合作編輯集思廣益,並且製作一具結構化且內容豐富的超文件教材是他 們所關心的焦點。然而現在一般的超文件編輯系統只著重於內容的編輯, 並不能支援這些功能。本論文的目標在於設計一個超文件教材系統,改進 上述的缺點,提供給教材製作者方便的合作編輯環境。本研究提出了一個 結構化的編輯製作方式,並且利用這一個方式輔助共同製作超文件教材, 本研究也建議了一個同步控制機制,最後本研究用Java語言發展出一個以 全球資訊網為基礎之超文件教材合作編輯系統。這一個系統具有下列優點 (1)製作者可以用一般的瀏覽器如Netscape當作介面使用本系統。(2) 製作者在編輯時,可以清楚的知道超文件的知識結構。(3)製作者可以 透過此系統,在不同機器上同時製作超文件教材。(4)在製作過程中, 製作者可以透過本系統和其他製作者互相討論,分享心得。 Due to the fast growth of the World Wide Web(WWW), more and more people can acquire the information they want from the web .Through WWW, the hypertext course material can be viewed at any time and anyplace by interested readers. Readers can easily understand the non-linear presentation of the hypertext course material. This way of learning, called distance learning, is more flexible than the traditional one. However, the success of distance learning is largely dependent upon how the hypertext course material is produced. To a producer of the hypertext course material , how to produce a well-structured and contend- rich course material and how to work collaboratively with other producers are his/her major concerns. Nevertheless , existing authoring tools can not satisfy his/her needs. The aim of this thesis is to design and implement an authoring tool which can meet the two requirements above.In this thesis, we first recommend a well-known data model be used as the basis of producing structured course materials. Second, We suggest a concurrency control mechanism upon which the foundation for the computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) is built. Finally, by using the Java language and the client-server model approach, we develop a web-based collaborative editing system. This system has the following merits: 1) A producer can access the system via a web-based browser, such as Netscape. 2) While editing, a producer can clearly view the knowledge tree of the hypertext course material being edited. 3)Producers can edit the hypertext course material simultaneously from different computers. 4)While editing, one producer can have discussions with other producers.
