Researcher : Che-Chung LiAfter monopoly of original three bills
dealers in twenty years,in June of 1995Minster of Finance issued
licenses to new bills dealers.Money Market has beenscaled up,
thus intensified the competition.It's time to compare and do
someresearch on the strategy adapted by new and old bills
dealers.This research uses primary and secondary data
collection,questionaire design,and field study to construct the
research structure of bills dealers' businessstrategy,then
discuss the relationship between business strategy and
operationefficiency.As for the research and analysis method,this
papaer uses frequencyanalysis and descriptive statistical method
on questionnaire data.The results revealed that the original
three ones are adapted to take more con-servative operational
strategy,the new ones are adapted to take more
aggressivestrategies.As for the fund aspect,the old ones gain
some advantanges over thenew ones.In bills business,the old ones
are rating better in general.As for theshort-term notes pricing
level,all of bills dealers are taking the same aggre-ssive
attitudes.Because their short history of new bills dealers,it's
not proper to make some analysis on the relationship between
business strategy andoperation efficency now.Finally,this
research indicated that it's the key points for bills finance
corporations to run in right and proper concept,financing
principles,the forecast of interest rate.
