摘要: | 考慮強度為隨機變數,利用首層破壞理論和結構可靠度理論計算複
合材料積層板首層破壞的可靠度。藉由實驗得到材料強度機率密度函
式,並以有限元素法分析積層板受中央集中載重的應力,代入不同的
破壞準則,建立極限狀態方程式。可靠度分析方面,考慮不同的強度
機率密度函式,以直接積分法和可靠度指標法計算可靠度。利用實驗
得到的強度分佈模式參數計算機積層板的可靠度,並和實驗得到的首
層破壞力可靠度比較。
將上述建立之可靠度分析方法應用在脹破式複合材料飛彈發射筒端
蓋的可靠度設計上。設計並製造脹破式複材端蓋,進行脹破試驗以
驗證設計之可行性及脹破模式的可靠度。 Methods formulated on the basis of the concept of first-ply failure and the structural reliability theory are presented for the reliability analysis of laminated composite plates. The first-ply failure analysis of the laminated plates is achieved via the use of different phenomenological failure criterion and the finite element method. In the reliability formulation, an appropriate phenomenological failure criterion is used to extablish the limit state equation of the laminated composite plates and different numerical techniques are employed to evaluate the reliability of the plates. Experimental investigations of lamina strengths and first-ply failure loads of laminated composite plates were performed. Base-line probability distributions of lamina strength parameters constructed from the test data are used to study the reliability of the laminated plates. The accuracy of the proposed models in reliability assessment of the laminated plates are verified by the experimental results on first-ply failure load distributions. The proposed method is used for the reliability design of laminated composite canister cover plate structures. Design and manufacture of different the cover plate structures are presented. The relability of the plate structures is investigated. |
