dc.description.abstract本篇合成Cuparene (4)及Herbertene (5)及α-Cuparenone (6)等天然物作全合成。其一是由β紫羅蘭酮經過同一路徑,分別合成松伯科植物Cuparene,及苔蘚植物Herbertene。其二是利用分子對稱性,合成α-Cuparenone。其三是將炔類化合物與Co2(CO)8錯合,再以三氟化硼處理,離子化,合成六╱六併環;螺環系統(debromospirolaurenone之合成研究);六╱七併環(widdrol之合成研究)與橋環系統。最後一個部分是應用及推演以上的結果,合成天然物β-Cuparenone之研究。zh_TW
