dc.description.abstractPhase change optical disk technology is one of the most promising technology for data storage in 'Multimedia Era". Among the phase change materials, Ge-Te-Sb mixture media have been proved to be suitable for the commercial phase-change optical disk. By comparing measured characteristics of our disk with simulated ones, we have the following results: (1) The measured reflectance of our disks was well-consistent with simulation. (2)zh_TW
