摘要:	討論數種應用於基因和蛋白質的序列定位方法,並就其中的一種方法做改進. Because of the biotechnology revolution, the human genome project hasaccelerated the growth of these proteins/nucleic acids sequences. However,since mutations and sequence errors misalign these sequences, multiple sequencealignment has become an essential and valuable. tool for understandingstructures and functions of these molecular. Here we describe several methodsfor multiple sequence alignment and provide some improvement about one of themethods.
