摘要: | 網際網路與企業資訊網路之盛行,促使企業透過企業資訊網路來儲存 管理大量的企業資訊。然而過多的資訊卻也造成組織人員無法迅速在龐大 的資料量中取得工作上所需要的資訊;其次,企業中頻繁的人事調動,也 造成組織人員無法迅速熟悉新職位之工作。因此,如何傳承各職務之工作 經驗以及幫助組織人員很有效率地取得工作所需的資訊,將是企業成功不 可或缺的因素。 本研究整合資訊倉儲,建構以工作為導向之企業資訊 服務系統。所建構的系統包括執行職務主動要求資訊模式(Pull)與系統主 動提供資訊模式(Push),來提供組織人員工作所需之資訊文件及資訊倉儲 之分析資訊。執行職務主動要求資訊模式根據使用者所擔任的職務角色與 執行工作所具有的各種特徵、屬性,自動在資訊文件資料庫中過濾出適當 的資訊文件給組織人員,並且藉由資訊倉儲以及線上即時分析技術,提供 職務角色在決策時所需的分析資訊。系統主動提供資訊模式,主要針對企 業內部產生新的資訊文件或者組織人員可能定期需要參考一些資訊倉儲的 分析資訊時,系統將會自動將這類的資訊分送給需要的組織人員。所建構 的系統能有效地管理以及提供企業內部的資訊,使得企業組織人員可以迅 速及有效地取得工作所需的資訊。 The prevalent use of Internet and Intranet necessitates enterprise to manage and access lots of business information via Intranet. However, business members are not able to effectively access appropriate information satisfying their work needs because of information flooding. With frequent change of roles, business members also cannot efficiently familiarize with new job. Therefore, how to keep the work experience of each role and help business members to effectively obtain appropriate information is the key to enterprise's success. This work presents a task-oriented Intranet information service system integrating with Information Warehouse. The proposed system includes Information Pull Model and Information Push Model to provide business members document and analytical information from Information Warehouse. The information pull model is triggered when business member is conducting his work. On the basis of business member's role profile and task profile, information pull model filters out appropriate document and analytical information from document database and Information Warehouse. On-line analytical processing technique is also provided to assist business members in decision making. The information push model is carried out by the system automatically and is useful when new or periodical information is necessary to business members. The system will disseminate new document or analytical information periodically to business members. The proposed system can effectively manage and provide business information. Consequently, business members are able to effectively and efficiently access business information satisfying their work needs. |
