dc.description.abstract在無線通訊中,本地振盪器是不可或缺的重要電路之一.振盪器的相位雜訊 越好則通訊品質越好,因此我們對外來的雜訊源做一些濾除與衰減.通常在 輸入的直流的電源端與接地端會有一個電容用來消除雜訊,這樣的電容體 積大又不經濟,因此在本論文中我們採用了一個常用於ECL( emmitercoupled logic) 電路中的負壓方法來取代這個電容.將這個偏壓 方法用在X頻帶之壓控振盪器(VCO) 就能大大地縮小電路的體並除去雜訊, 以便將來能將電路以MMIC的製作方式來完成.將這個偏壓好之壓控振盪器( 相位雜訊為-65dBc/Hz@100KHz offset) 以鎖相迴路來鎖定頻率,以完成一 個完整的頻率合成器,輸出功率為4dBm,大小為70mmX40mm. 將已完成的 X頻帶到K頻帶之倍頻器(此倍頻器之大小為53mmX35mm)用於X頻帶之頻率合 成器,可以使X頻帶之頻率合成器變成K頻帶之頻率合成器. Noise source in a microwave communication system will modulate the output signal so that the noise sidebands are producedabout main carrier signal of an oscillator. To fiter out these noises, a bypass capacitor is needed between the DC input terminal and ground. This is not ecnomic to add the additional capacitor. In classic ECL(emmiter coupled logic) circuit, it is common practice to ground the positive terminal of the supply voltage, reducing the noise signal source at the output terminal. Here, we apply this technology to an X-Band VCO bias circuit to realize the same effect on the output performance of the VCO. The dimension of the whole circuit is about 70mmX40mm and a measured phase noise of -65dBc/Hz @100KHz.zh_TW
