dc.description.abstract混凝土是土木結構的主要營建材料,因為近年來普通混凝土已經不能滿足工程上的要求,所以有許多特殊的混凝土出現。由於普通混凝土耐久性差且強度發展慢,針對這些缺點而發展出高分子混凝土。本實驗材料是以水泥、細骨材和不飽和聚酯樹脂拌合而成的高分子複合材料,其強度發展是依不飽和聚酯樹脂之聚合反應以及和水泥間之化學鍵結反應所引起,具有高強度、快速硬化之性能。本研究探討添加高分子材料對普通混凝土的影響,試驗結果顯示: (1)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料強度發展非常快速,但變形量較大。 (2)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料在加溫的情況下,強度發展較常溫時更快速。 (3)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料的劈裂強度比水泥砂漿高。 (4)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料的收縮率比水泥砂漿還大。 (5)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料受硫酸鹽侵蝕的影響較小。 (6)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料有較高的直剪強度。 (7)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料有較佳的接著強度。 (8)不飽和聚酯樹脂╱水泥砂漿複合材料抗磨損的能力比較高。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractPolymer concrete has been invented to adjust the disadvantages of normal concrete. This experimental material is polymer composite, a mixture of cement, fine aggregate and unsaturated polyester, of which the strength is developed according to polymerization of unsaturated polyester and chemicaally bondedreaction. This research mainly discusses and explores the influence of adding polymer concrete to normal concrete. The results come out to be as follows: (1)The development of the strength of the material combined by unsaturated polyester and paste composite has increased sharply, but the displacement also raises quickly. (2)The development of the strength happens at a higher speed when the material of unsaturated polyester and paste composite are heated than they are in normal temperatural conditions. (3)The splitting tensile strength of the unsaturated polyester and paste composite is greater than that of paste. (4)The shrinkage of the unsaturated polyester and paste composite is greater than that of paste. (5)The influence of sulfate on the unsaturated polyester and paste compo-site is less. (6)The shear strength of the unsaturated polyester and paste composite is better. (7)The bond strength of the unsaturated polyester and paste composite is better. (8)The erosion resistance of the unsaturated polyester and paste composite is better.en_US
