dc.description.abstract本文之目的在研究纏繞式複合材料壓力容器受內壓之首層破壞分析。定義壓力容器疊層,將其模式擬成四方板元素徑過利用前後處理繪圖軟體 PATRAN 建立有限單元模型,經網目分割後再由有限單元分析軟體 MSC/NASTRAN68預測首層破壞值。並將理論之分析結果與實驗值做一比較,以證驗其適用性並探討不同紅繞角度組合及不同層數下之壓力容器與首層破壞理論值之關係。 在實驗部分,以纏繞法製作試片利用數種實驗方法測試纏繞式複合材料之材料常數及破壞強度值,並與複合材料的混合定律以及修正後的理論相比較之,由兩者之關係決定壓力容器合理之材料常數。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this papre is to analyze the first-ply failure strength of filament wound composite pressure vessels. We use pre/post processor code PATRAN to construct the geometric model of pressure vessels and then finite element code MSC/NASTRAN 68 analyze to the first-ply failure strength of filament wound composite pressure vessels. We compare first-ply failure strengths of different winding angles and different numbers of layers to get the best winding pattern. In the experiment study, different types of specimens are made by filament winding. We use different test methods to find material properties and ultimate strengths. Finally, we will compare the material properties obtained from the rule of mixtures and the modified expressions with those obtained from experiments.en_US
